We design workplaces around how
people actually work.

Out of Ordinary is a workplace strategy and design studio creating healthier, more effective places to work.

We bring together workplace strategy, wellbeing and interior design to help organisations understand what their people need, and translate those insights into clear, purposeful spatial decisions.

From workplace audits and space planning to concept development and full design, our approach is practical, human-centred and tailored to each organisation. We look beyond aesthetics to consider how space can support focus, collaboration, connection and everyday wellbeing.

We believe a good workplace should feel good, work hard and make sense, for both the people who use it and the business it supports.
Sara and Kristina from Out of Ordinary

Two Perspectives. One Workplace.

Out of Ordinary was founded by Sara Fontana and Kristina Drapic, two designers with international backgrounds and a shared curiosity about how spaces shape the way people feel, behave and connect.

Our complementary perspectives bring together spatial design, architectural psychology, workplace research and practical design thinking. This allows us to approach every workplace from both a human and spatial perspective, considering not only how it looks, but how it feels, functions and supports the people who use it.
